19 September 2020: The IEEE ITSC 2020 Virtual Conference Proceedings are now available. You can access the Virtual Conference Proceedings by clicking here. The IEEE ITSC 2020 Virtual Proceedings include: Final papers, Presentation slides of all papers, Presentation videos of all papers and ZOOM links for accessing all sessions. Credentials for accessing the Virtual Proceedings have been sent to registered participants via email. In case you did not receive these information, please contact Dr. Evangelos Mitsakis (emit@certh.gr).

14 September 2020: The IEEE ITSC 2020 Program is now uploaded on Papercept. You can access the Conference’s Program by clicking here. Kindly note that all timeslots mentioned are in Eastern European Summer Time (EEST).

11 August 2020: Instructions for uploading recorded video presentations and presentation files have been sent to all authors. Please follow these instructions for uploading the respective files. The deadline for uploading your files is August 31st 2020 (no extensions will be provided). Instructions can be downloaded here. 15 July 2020: We are happy to announce the UAS4T Competition, which will be held at the 23rd IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Systems. This year’s competition is organized by the IEEE ITSS Technical Activities Sub-Committee “Transportation 5.0” and supported by open-traffic.epfl.ch (pNEUMA dataset). 15 July 2020: The final paper submissions are over. We want to thank the authors very much for the overwhelming response! In a few days, the IEEE ITSC 2020 Program and guidelines concerning the presentations will be announced.

 

18 June 2020: The deadline for submitting your final papers has been extended. The new deadline for final paper submissions has been changed to July 1st, 2020.

April 2020: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the IEEE ITSC 2020 General Chair together with the IEEE ITS Society have jointly decided to hold the entire 23rd IEEE ITSC 2020 conference as a fully online conference, at the same dates as planned (20-23 September 2020). This decision has been taken, as it is strongly believed that this is the safest and lowest-risk choice for all participants. All regular sessions, special sessions, workshops, keynotes, ceremonies and side events (including training seminars as well as social events) will be held online, both in real-time as well as on-demand, to accommodate the different time zones of all participants. The IEEE ITSC 2020 committee is already planning accordingly, to ensure an interactive and engaging online event. Publications are not affected by the new online conference format, as all accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. Registration fees will be significantly reduced, as a result of the above. More details on all the above will be provided in the next few weeks.

12 May 2020: IEEE ITSC 2020 would like to thank the 226 Associate Editors - Members of the International Program Committee and the 1486 Reviewers for their assistance and expertise in reviewing the 944 papers submitted to IEEE ITSC 2020.

 

11 May 2020: Registration fees for IEEE ITSC have been announced. You may find more information here. It is also announced that, due to the change of the IEEE ITSC 2020 conference format to a fully online event, registrations will open on June 1st, 2020.

 

 08 May 2020: Reviewing process has been successfully concluded. Notifications for all papers have been sent to authors. Reviewers’ comments can be found in PaperPlaza. Authors are asked to upload on PaperPlaza their final papers until 20 June.

 

15 March 2020: The deadline for submitting your Workshop Papers has been extended to 21 March 2022. You can submit your Workshop papers via PaperPlaza.

 

11 March 2020: The Training Seminars that will take place in the framework of IEEE ITSC 2020 have been announced. You can find more information here.
